CREVIAQ Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the CREVIAQ website and purchase and use of CREVIAQ digital products.
By purchasing or downloading a CREVIAQ product, the customer agrees to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them.
CREVIAQ products are digital business tools intended to assist with business administration, project management, costing, financial tracking, planning and related operational activities. They do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for verifying information, calculations and outputs before relying upon them for commercial or financial decisions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase provides the customer with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased CREVIAQ product for the customer's own internal business or personal professional use.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, commercially share, reproduce for third-party distribution, or make CREVIAQ digital products publicly available without prior written authorization.
CREVIAQ retains all applicable intellectual-property rights in its products, branding, templates, documentation and proprietary content.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and maintaining compatible software, devices and systems necessary to use downloaded products.
Product descriptions and functionality may be updated or improved periodically. CREVIAQ may modify the website, products or services where reasonably necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CREVIAQ is not responsible for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from inappropriate use, modification, incompatible software, incorrect data entered by the customer, or business decisions made using the products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
CREVIAQ may suspend access or take appropriate action where products are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.
